Sweet and Sour Chicken

I believe this came from my Sister-In-Law Danielle.

3 tbsp plus 1 tsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp plus 1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp ketchup
½ tsp chicken boillion cube
1 cup plus 1 tbsp water
½ tsp minced garlic
4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp corn starch
½ cup cut carrots
½ cup green pepper
1 can chunk pineapple

Cook chicken in frying pan until cooked. Cube chicken. In separate pan combine all other ingredients and simmer for ½ hour. Pour over chicken and serve with white rice.
