2 C. Pioneer buttermilk baking mix (no substitutions)
2/3 C. milk
3/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C. oleo
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450. Combine mix, milk and cheese; mix well. (this
will be thick!). Drop by heaping tbsp. on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. When biscuits are
removed from oven; brush with melted butter that has garlic powder
added. Serve hot. Makes 10-12
