Easy Chicken Pot Pie

My Sister in Law, Pam, sent this recipe to me.

1 lb. chicken breasts
2 premade pie crusts (the kind you unroll from the box)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 - 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies
1/2 cup milk
pepper to taste

Boil the chicken breasts until cooked through. Remove from water, cool until you are able to handle them then cut into bite size pieces. Roll one pie crust into a 9" pie pan. In a bowl, mix chicken, soups, frozen veggies, milk, and pepper. Pour into pie pan. Unroll second pie crust on top, pinch the edges closed. Cut slits into the top of the pie.Cook 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
