SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS

MEATBALLS
2 lbs ground meat (beef, elk, venison, turkey)
1 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp pepper
1 TBL chives or minced onions
1 cup oatmeal or bread crumbs (fresh)
2 eggs
3 TBL Worchestershire sauce
Mix all together roll into small balls, and put in single layer in microwave safe baking dish. Microwave for 5 minutes turn over and microwave 3 to 5 minutes more, until done.

SAUCE
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
¾ cup vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 can pineapple and juice
½ can water
5 TBL cornstarch
green pepper, chopped

Put all ingredients into pan before turning on heat. Bring to boil. Boil 2 minutes
Gently fold meatballs into sauce. Serve over rice
